To make ordering our products as straight forward as possible we have two printable Order Forms for you to use. Please click on the General Order Form link and/or the Rectangular Wooden Frame Order Form link above (select which is relevant) and print the page.

Please note that both Forms can be printed in portrait format however, the Rectangular Wooden Frame Order Form is best printed in landscape format as it will provide more space to enter relevant information. Instructions for this will be found in the top right of the form.

UK Customers:
Cheque with order payable to Towngate Art Centre, or by credit/debit card (not Amex, American Express, Diners Club or JCB). Please provide numbers and expiry date. To minimise the possibility of fraud, card details should be supplied by telephone or post.

Export Customers:
By sterling cheque from their bank in favour of Towngate Art Centre, or by credit/debit card.

Over the last few years Postage charges have risen regularly and the Post Office has also introduced size and weight restrictions. Due to this our standard postage charge is £3.50 for most orders.
Exceptions to the above are:
£2.00 for lighter orders such as bases and brushes.

All prices include a minimal amount towards packaging costs.

Overseas Customers are requested to increase the above charges by 50% to cover Air Mail postal charges for smaller items.

Overseas Customers will be quoted for larger orders, prior to mailing, after the order has been packed and weighed.

Prompt Delivery: We will telephone you if despatch cannot be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Full Refund: If dissatisfied and goods returned undamaged within 14 days.

Free Samples: Of all Polymin grades and papers available on request.
